By downloading, installing, or using OnTimer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
OnTimer is a meeting alarm application that connects to your calendar accounts (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook) to provide notifications and reminders for your scheduled events. The App:
NO GUARANTEE OF ALARM DELIVERY: OnTimer is provided as a convenience tool and does NOT guarantee that alarms or notifications will be delivered reliably or on time. Alarm delivery depends on factors outside our control including but not limited to:
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR BEING ON TIME TO YOUR MEETINGS AND APPOINTMENTS. OnTimer is intended as a supplementary tool only. You should not rely exclusively on OnTimer for time-critical obligations.
Read-Only Access: OnTimer requests read-only access to your calendar data through OAuth authentication. We:
You can revoke calendar access at any time through your device settings or through your Google/Microsoft account security settings.
Free Version: The free version of OnTimer allows connection to one calendar account.
Premium Subscription: Premium subscribers can connect multiple calendar accounts and access additional features. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.
Billing: All payments are processed by Apple. We do not store your payment information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
OnTimer is a consumer tool for personal time management. It does not provide professional scheduling, time management, or productivity consulting services. You should not rely on OnTimer for professional, business-critical, or safety-critical time management needs.

We are not liable for any inconvenience or damages resulting from service interruptions.

OnTimer and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Breakout Growth and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to OnTimer at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.
You may terminate your use of OnTimer at any time by deleting the App from your device and cancelling any active subscriptions through the App Store.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of OnTimer after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Breakout Growth, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of OnTimer or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of OnTimer shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Breakout Growth regarding OnTimer and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
